want a new case... need help!!

Hello, I have a Hewlett Packard Pavilion 4430 midtower and what i want to do is switch cases so I can add 2 more drives (1 CD-Rom drive and another 3.5" harddrive)

I have NEVER done this before, so my question is: Can I just buy any case or do I need one that complies with my motherboard and other system specs?

If anyone needs this info in order to answer my question, here are some of my system specs:

    AMD k6 3dNow Processor (300mhz)

    EXPANSION SLOTS
    2 ISA slots
    2 PCI slots
    1 ISA/PCI shared

    DRIVE BAYS
    2 - 3.5inch external
    1 - 3.5inch internal
    1 - 5.25 external

Will I need to get a new motherboard? All I want is a new case with extra drive bays.. any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I think it's pretty safe to say that HP used a proprietary mobo design on your PC. They did on the PII233 Vectras and many more other HP PCs. No readily available aftermarket case will fit it. Somebody tell me I'm wrong for his sake.

Your probaley right and Im takeing a wag a it.You can get a good ATX case power supply with 3 to 4 5 1/4 and at least 2 3 1/2 external bays for under $50.00 new.If you cant then I have a couple new ones without the power supplies I can let go under $50.00.
