Electron Migration is when electrons inside the CPU core move around too quickly, usually as a result of too much voltage and/or heat in the core. By mioving around quickly, this increases the chance of the electrons 'jumping' tracks on the circuit, ie migrating. This usually involves various dropouts to windoze or everyones favorite BSODs.

Look at it this way, if you had too much voltage shoved through you, you'd develop a tendancy to jump around uncontrollably as well...

This is a disaster. How could you paint a duck green? Green, of all colours! I mean, if you had at least painted it blue you could accessorize, with things like a straw hat, or hawaiin shorts. Green duck? What are you thinking? Some people.
