So who here is good with there W/C calculations?

Going to install my W/C next week ( www.geocities.com/Hogancan/CratermakersWatercooler.html ) and would like to know if it's going to be able to handle my K6-3 AHX 2.4v core @2.8v. According to an article I read at aceshardware at 2.8v the cpu will be generating 55w of heat.
Placed my waterblock in a bucket of 56 C water for an hour, dropped the water down to 34 degrees. So I figured out my gallons of water and my delta-T and calculated my btu's to be around 118/hour.
I wasn't sure how to calculate the amount of watts it could handle, so any of you thermal wizards feel free to jump in. Thanks

just remember that your effective surface area of your block is going to be a lot less when on the CPU , just the slug size, which will also have a negative affect on performance
