Which is a best company making Case out there?

I will get a IBM 10000 rpm hard drive, I also have an Asus p3v4x, and pIII 550. Thinking about overclock when put everything together.
I know it will give me a lot of heat.
So I like to find a good ( under$200)computer case.
if it possible give me some ideas about finding a good fan. ( I hate noise)
