How to unlock the multiplier on PII 350?
How can i unlock the multiplier on a pII 350 with a ASUS P3B-F?

you can't... intel added a lock to the processor die itself (now, if you had a complete map of the core and a microlaser drill... maybe )
you'll have to overclock using the fsb (front side bus) controls

If you've got the option of changing the SEL #100/66 signal to low then you can change the multiplier - I'm running my P][350 at 3x146 at the moment 
Unlocking the multiplier is immensely useful when testing memory/motherboards
