Case Fan on top another case fan?

Would combining 2 case fans together make a powerful combination. I will be putting them in the front as an intake blowing at my voodoo card and other cards. Would putting another case fan aiming directly at the fan/sink cool down the cpu more?

i have two 80mm case fans in the front of my case and it seems to have a better airflow than only one fan. btw my fans are also intake and they work together well

Dont mount them directly on top of each other, and try to make sure they dont blow in the opposite direction.
