How do I check the temp of cpu?

I'm not sure if my Mb has something to check the temp. I Got MB monitor but alll that shows me is the CPU speed I don't know if that's because I'm an idiot and I don't have it set to read temp or because my MB just can't. I have an FIC_SD11 with an atlon 700 running @ 800.

if MBM doesn't display yout temp in the taskbar, so your motherboard probably hasn't got a temp sensor, sorry.
