The reason I mentioned it is because I purchased one for my system. Using a IWill II slocket adapter it is extremely large in diameter, the heatsink does seem a little cheap, but fits on nicely to the chip. It does come with a graphite back which can be removed to apply thermal grease. I had saw something about using thermal grease on a graphite backing which is not recommended for good heat transfer.
