No no no no...
You epoxy a larger square plastic cap on top of a smaller heatsink. In that way all sides of the WB is plastic except one, the heatsink side. The HS goes on top of the pelt which is on a coldplate.
These are of course only ideas i have... I am lazy so i'll probably end up buying a WB from #rotor...
