How do I remove the metal cover from the back of this

How do I get the metal cover off of the back of a SECC Pentium II 233mhz, it's oem, I took the heatsink/fan off, but it has a metal backing on it, with thermal tape, I want to put the heatsink and fan directly on the cpu core. Any ideas?

hahaha talk to duckman about that one, he has demolished a pII 233

on my P2 300 i pryed the front plastic off with a screw driver. dont push the screw driver in too deep or you will damage it. after the plastic is off there are some clips inside you have to remove then the cpu will be free of all casings. i was lucky not to break the plastic case and was able to reassemble it after putting some fresh paste on the die.
