Help with slockets!!!

I need to buy a slocket that supports fcpga and voltage settings. I'm poor and need a cheap one that will allow my FEP32 to fit on it. My mobo (Soyo 6vba133) only allows me to bump my volatage up to 1.63 on my Cely 533.
