Question About Intel HSF

The fan that comes with the P!!! FC-PGA's, do they include a copper spacer to keep it level or not? Or does it include anything to keep it level period?

My heat sink doesnt seem to have very much contact with my processor - just the littloe square in the middle. Is there any way to increase contact with the processor?

Yes, speciality stores are starting to sell copper spacers or shims that fill up the gap between the green 'PCB' and the heatsink surface.
