Fastest I've heard of using a normal heatsink/fan is 504. Using an Alpha I believe 600R has got his to 550 (at 2.9V core!!!), although 540 is a more stable option.

I'd say that +50Mhz is easily within reach. Anything after that depends on your luck and whether you have good cooling(ALPHA) and a good chip. I've actually had mine boot at 560 (112x5) and it seems stable enough until you try to restart windows and it gives protection errors. I geuss it's just heat that's the problem but i've tryed a 50w peltier and it made no odds. 4.5x120 is perfectly stable though, at 2.6v. The cpu really does kick some *** at this speed.
