I want to solder my cache to 2/5 so i can go 800 mhz. I have never soldered before in my life. I think I am going to check it out at farm and fleet or something.... any advice... any guides to l2 cache control for athlons u found good? Help lead me the way.

first off, do you have a temperature settable Weller, if not, be very careful, if your soldering iron is to hot, you are bound to screw up, no matter how steady a hand you have. I will most definitely recommend getting a nice variable temp Weller, they are expensive, but if you do the math, by not getting one you are bound to pay for damages anyway....hehehehe ask me I've done it more than I care to admit, (screw-up that is ) .
