Should I burn in my 600e before i oc it?

I just got my new baby together.asus p3v4x,600e,256 of mushkin hi.per.133,and a alpha cooler.By default the board was at 133 and it booted up and laoded the os and drivers perfectly without a hic-up.But I remember an article in the past that mentioned cpu burn in time before oc-ing.If this is true why, and for how long?

Leave it @ 133, run some benches, check your temps and if it all seems stable start ramping it up. This Board (P3V4X) is mostly all or nothing, I rarely get a hang, it either boots all the way or it just won't post at all...

My 600e never saw 100MHz out of the box at 133.
