What would the ideal peltier PSU be like?

That is what I would like to find out.

I'm going to build myself one, but thought that, since I'm going to make the effort, I might just as well find out what the ideal PSU should be like.

at this moment the spec-sheet looks like this.

a: Switchmode 4x modular 12-24v variable

b: independent temperature feedback
c: Liquid cooled
d: ?????????????????
