250 watt or 300 watt

I'll build an Athlon system soon, and I would like to know if 250 watts is enough for this system with these pheperials.

K7 650
Abit KA7
Diamond Viper V770 Ultra
WD Cavier 10.1 gb HD
Creative Ensoniq Sound Card (that has support for 3 speakers right???)
Creative Flash 56II
40X CD-ROM
128 megs PC133 memory.

Will 250 watts be enough for that system, or will I need a 300 watt PSU? Could you all tell me some good cases that come with a 300 watt PSU please.

Enlight, ANTEC, and Addtronics are all good.

i have an Enlight S2333B. no problems, plenty of space, but i think the PS fan could be sucking harder.

definitely go 300 watts. why, because it's here now and it would be a waste to have to go 300 next year because your new vid card this Christmas will suck the life out of a 250 watt PS.

Try for a 300. If you see a great case with a 250 in it, just remember, AMD cert. 300 watt PS's are under $40 with shipping. That system will run with a 250, but you might have problems. Not guaranteed, but it's more than likely.
