Now that I've decided on the CPU, how about cooling?

I am going with a celeronII, andd I'm gonna shoot for 1 GHz. a 566 i reckon. So. With that out of the way, how should i cool it? Peltier? Massive airflow? HUGE Heatsink that covers all my dimm slots and buy a ramcard? Water? some other sub-100 dollar method?
Tell me how you've seen these methods work.

Do we really know how well the celeron 2 overclocks and what kind of cooling is require? It might be a good idea to see if you can do it on air first before you go water cooling.

Thanks a lot guys! Peltier it is! But, which model? 72 watts? less? more? Will I need to cool the other sifde of it? if so, will a few 40 mm case fans aimed over it help?

it is all new to everyone u have to experiment maybe just air will go a long way....who knows
