Overclocking a Celery II 533

I just got an ASUS P2B-F mobo, and I'll be getting a Celery 2 533, so at 100MHz bus, it'll be running at 800MHz.

What should I take into consideration? The CPU will be new, so should I let it burn in at 533MHz for a few days before overclocking? I'm planning to get a good but normal fan and use thermal paste. What do you guys think?

I'll buy it new, it's available in stores. It's a bit expensive (CDN$180 including tax), but at 800MHz, it's a pretty good deal. A PIII 600E is about CDN$650, and they have similar performances.

Should I let it burn in at 533 for a while, or should I bump it to 800 as soon as I get it? Also, what voltage should I use? 1.5 or 1.6?

Celeron1000GHz, I got mine from a friend of a friend of a friend that owns a computer store somewhere in boonieville (Barrie), and paid cash for it.

There's a store that might have it, but I didn't get mine from here, and it might be more expensive:
