Temp sensor for cpu??

My mainboard GA 5AX does not have a cpu temperature sensor built on the board. How can I add one, if possible, to monitor the cpu temp? I know I cant add it as part of the board , but one I can buy maybe to put atr the cpu or something like that. Thanks for help.
