Well As the CEO of the jopecooler I can say that there was never any safety taken into consideration. We planned on it severing fingers and mulching up cats for breakfast. Those high power fans were put there for that sole reason.

Further more Hoochcooler Technolgies is suffering copyright problems with the Goverment right now because of Technologies that the CEO has tried to copy and reproduce without the permission of the companies that he stole the Blueprints from.

At last I heard the FBI and CIA were hot on the trails of the Hoochcooler's CEO. and from what they tell me they are getting closer everyday!
