Wont post now at 100Mhz FSB, will peltier help?

I have a BP6 running two celeron 433's at 572. I dont like the idea of running such a high bus freq. ie. my DVD wont play unless I set my bus back to 66. I want to reach 100Mhz to run at 650 with the ol 66 bus. My system wont post at 100 FSB right now. Will cooling the cpu's before startup get it to post and maybe run at 100Mhz FSB?

Good chance it will help some, What core voltage are you at??? Dualing H2O cooling might be a better option...

Im gonna try it out with my GlobalWins for now. If I'm feeling daring later I might look into water. Thanx agian.

Im currently at 2.1v
I've tried .2 and .3, but still wouldnt post.

Just keep my fingers crossed.
