Need intelligent response

Hehe... Guys I need help. I've got this little palmtop computer (PDA) kinda thing. I need a serial number (or some damn number) so I can download the PC software for it from the site. This thing is a "Visor", i think its made by a company called "Handspring", please help me, this is driving me nuts. I cant believe this company wont let you download the software without the number. Like you could use the software if you didnt really own the hardware!!!
