How can you measure RAM speed ?

i have 2 dimm LGS pc 100 and Sandra tell me 6ns. is this right ?

PC-100 RAM is only 10 ns (1/1000 sec=1 ns).

then y is my pc100 7ns?? yes and on the spec sheet it says 6ns max..maybe cause its cas2?

my pc-100 is 8ns. not too shabby either i guess. i get max about 124-126 fsb out of it.

I also have PC100 RAM rated at 7ns. I got it from Step-Thermodynamics and yes, CAS2.

i do 150fsb with mine and it only costs $93 right now im gonna get another stick

Hey 911. What ram do you have and wher do you get it for $93. Let me know I have 64mb of cheapie ram and I need a good 128 stick. If you got 150 out of yours that sounds like pretty good stuff.

Like i said mine runs at 150Fsb set to 3-2-3 and at 140 it runs at 2-2-3 i hope all the sticks are is good as this cause im getting another...
