I had p3 450@600 voltage 2.05v(SL37C), abit be6 mobo and voodoo3 2000. what is the ideal temp for cpu ?? ( my temp is 35-45 )

With retail heatsink before, my p3-450@2.05v temp was 40-60c. With alpha now, the temp is 30-40c.
Note: my pc is sitting in my room with air-cond at 21c.
