    Is retail fan/heatsink enough to overclock PII350 at 392Mhz?

    Is retail fan/heatsink enough to overclock PII350 at 392Mhz? If not. Which is a good and cheap fan/heatsink to permit this?

    I have a pii 350 @ 434 w/stock hs&fan on a BE6. 256MB pc100.
