P7125 Alpha Cooler

I want to buy a P7125 cooler to make sure my Athlon doesn't get too hot when I overclock it. I just wanted to make sure it will work fine in a MS-6167 mobo first (does it cover up anything, or will it fit fine?) Also, I have a midtower case - would it work better to have fans on Alpha putting air into the heatsink or pulling it through? (i have seen people say both)
