O/C Celeron 433 w/PC Chips MoBo??

Anyone have any luck overclocking a Cel 433 on a PC Chips (PC Crap) motherboard? The computer is my backup computer and I don't want to spend any money, by upgradeing the board.
Can I O/C by simply changing the bios and how far should I go. I don't think I can control CPU voltage, but I can change the multiplier.

Any suggestions?

The motherboard can handle the multiplier change, but the celeron will not allow this. You only option is to mess with any front side bus options you're motherboard may have.
