Athlon Operation temperature

Hi. I would like to know what's the normal operation temperature of an athlon 500. My athlon is running at about 35-40ºC at idle and about 40-45ºC while running games like Unreal Tournament and Quake2, is that okey?.

That's well within specs. The max temps are probably around 60-80.
