Anyone know what parts are needed for an Athlon overclocking card?

I checked Tom's Hardware for the instructions on how to make an overclocking card for the Athlon, but he wasn't too specific on the parts. He says to get an AMP 40 pin, pitch 1.27, which one exactly? Also, whats a good place to get the PCB, dipswitches, SMD resistor clusters, voltage regulator? I hope to make one (with an engineers help) for a project.

you basicly got all the part there. i would say you could get all the parts at radio shack.
