memory questions

I want to buy pc133 ram but don't have a serious amount of cash. Is it bad to buy that generic stuff? It usually says that it's not reccomended for overclocked systems. Any suggestions on good cheap pc133 ram.

PII 350mhz @ 501mhz (3.5X143)
Abit BF6(latest bios)
320mb total SRAM
(64mb PC 100 generic,Toshiba chips)
(256mb PC 133 Mushkin 5ns)
Voodoo 3 2000 AGP o/c'd to 176mhz, happy with 95mhz bus
Air cooling with T3REX and very good case circulation (eight fans in total
CPU 42C, SYS 29C, V3 54C)
