    Sorry, but I have to correct you. Run Sisoft Sandra and look at your agp transfer to confirm my theory.

    NO, 2/3 of 133(cpu to mem bus speed, where do you get 166??) is 89, not 83, I don't know where you learned math. Heck, 2/3 of 166 isn't even 83, its 111. 83 is 2/3 of 124mhz.

    NO, again, it would be 89(2/3 of 133), which x2 would be 178.

    The only way you are gonna end up with a 166mhz 2x AGP bus speed is if you are running the memory/cpu bus at 124mhz(2/3 of 124 is 83, times 2 is 166).
