HWC ICQ Active List has been setup

Ok, the HWC IRC Chat had much less response then what I would have hoped for. So a Hardware Central ICQ Active List has been setup. This should make things much easier then any IRC Chat.

(Anything lower than ICQ99B don't support Active List, so you may need to download a more recent version if thats the case).

OK, I added the active list thing pretty easy. I set my ICQ to launch with Windows so if I'm online I'm also on ICQ. This is easier than IRC, good decision.

Like anything, the ActiveList is having a few teething problems, but please bare with it for a little while. Djcake is doing a good job of sorting them out

For all those who have joined, you may need to re-join as we did experience another crash. But I assure you, things are being done to help prevent it from happening again (or at least, too often)...
