You can overclock Pentium IIs and Celerons only by running non standard bus speeds. It is multiplier locked so you'd have to set the bus speed to 75MHz times 5 (the locked multiplier of your chip, that cannot be changed) = 375Mhz. Far as I know your chip should do that no sweat, but I think you will have to buy a BX board, as intel does not support overclocking their chips. Look in your manual, and look at the front door of this site for the how to of overclocking.
