System Hangups when accessing HWC!!!

Yesterday I was over at a friend of mine(yes, it's true, I actually have friends...)Problem is, I was going to check something on HWC, and everytime I tried to access HWC, the d@mn computer froze! WTF. This is the only site that happens.

Can ANYONE please xplain this??

His setup is something like this:
AMD K6-II 350@448
96MB RAM
Asus P5a(I think)
W98
Xplorer 5.0 with all fixes and web accessories

You sure you got all the fixes for that IE5? The one that fixes the problem with displaying images? HWC has always loaded slower than anywhere else I surf. I suppose thats because its packed with valuable data.Like this. Also, the site is sometimes impossible to load, like the server times out or something. I kinda know what you mean, but my computer doesn't actually freeze up, its just waiting for data thats not getting here.

What kind of graphics does your friend keep in his comp.?
