    pc133 ram/pc100 ram

    can you use both pc100 and pc133 ram together at the same time if your fsb=117
    I came here to chew bubble gum and kick ***. And I'm all out of bubble gum.

    Depends if the PC100 can do 117MHz. Most PC100 is generally about 8ns, so it should handle 117MHz. The PC133 will definitely do 117MHz.

    You know the PC133 will work, so dont worry about it. Test it with just the PC100 first, to see if it can handle it. If it does, go ahead and stick in the PC133 too.

    PC133 ram can be used backward...
    for instance, it can used on any bus under 133

    Well Pc100 is certified to reach 100 but some may go up to as much as 133 (Corsair RAMS)
