Is really good to burn in the chip?

I overclocked my amd k6-2 350 to 400 4x100. And it runs really good i tried high at the time but no luck. Oh and i did everything possible. So i just ran it at 400 for a couple of weeks and now its posting at 428 too. {4.5x95} But its getting to hot so i ordered one of those so loved global win fans and that should do it. My question is if i run it at 428 for a while do you think i will be able to achieve 450 on my 350 which is at 428 now?

I think you'll be able to hit 450 if you wait for your Global Win fan to arrive. You can try it with the stock fan and heatsink but your chances of frying your chip are greater that way.
Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear to be bright until you hear them speak.
