Celeron 500 overclocking help

I bought a celeron 500 ppga processor which I want to overclock on my Abit Bm6 motherboard. I was wondering how much I can overclock the 500 safely useing the Retail Fan/Heatsink. What bus and voltage settings should I use? Is it possible to get the 500 up to 100mhz bus, useing some type of cooler?
