1.does changing the bus speed effects the agp and pci speed and how???? bad or good?
2.how can i change my cpu voltage?
3.where can i connect my old cpu fan ??????
so i will oc my voodoo3?

Well Barak here we go:
1.Yes, changing the bus speed also makes the pci and agp to go higher also:
66FSB - 33PCI;66AGP(133 AGP2x) default
75FSB - 37.5PCI;75AGP(150 AGP2x)
83FSB - 42.5PCI;83AGP(166 AGP2x) - some HDD and Videos won't work at that speed!!!(the hdd may need to disable UDMA, and the video - depends on the chip(TNT,V3/2/1) - in your case the V3 should handle 166MHz AGP!!!
100FSB - 33PCI;66AGP
112FSB - 37.5PCI;75AGP( the agp speed depends on also on your agp/fsb settings( like on Abit MoBos - 1/1 or 2/3 - that means for example 1/1-100FSB/100AGP and 2/3-100FSB/66AGP)!!!
133FSB - 33PCI;88AGP( not sure, 'cos on some mobos the agp gets 100MHz)
And so on.........
bad or good - well it can't be said for sure - well any thing above 37.5PCI/75AGP is not recommended( but no one can't stop ya to try!!!)
2.You can do this by using your MB setting in the BIOS( Abit, SOYO, MSI), but if ya don't have such "easy" MB, you'll have to tap some pins on your Slot1/SlotKet+S370 CPU!!!
For those tappings give me your e-mail and i'll send them to ya - but this is not recommended to be done by none experienced o/c like you!!!
3. That's kindda hard, cos i haven't played with V3s, but you can glue it with silicon glue or something like that!!!

i want to oc my celeron 466 from 66mhz to 75.
i have voodoo3 3000 in my agp,
and 56k zoltrix modem in my pci slot
will they take it and will it overheat them
plz answer tnx
Well from 66 to 75 - I think that the Celery will do it and as long as the video and the modem goes - I'm sure that the V3k will be as stable as it's on 66FSB ,but I don't know about the modem - well I have a friend whos Rockwell 56.6k is runing on 42.5MHz( 83FSB), so you shouldn't be having a problem!!!

By the way don't ya know about the 366PPGA 21+ Week Celerys - they will let ya make 550+ - no way in hell to do this with the 466MHz!!!
