    Programs used for cooling ex. Rain

    Does Rain v1.0 run under Windows 2000. If so how much does it help. If it doesn't is there another program like rain that will run under 2000?

    Windows 2000 will not need a program like that. Windows 2000 is NT based, and WinNT already has native support for the HLT commands. Basically, the program is already included in WinNT and Win2K. You wont need it.
