CAS2 or CAS3, what is the difference? Should i just leave my L2cache Latency at default?

Use CAS2 unless your system becomes unstable. L2 Cache Latency can be increased to slow down your cache to reach higher overclocked speeds. For best performance leave it at default.

Changing the L2 cache more than a setting or two can disable the L2 cache altogether. I could be way off on this but, I dont think so.

You have to change your L2 Latency to 8 before it disables your L2 cache.
