Celeron multiplier lock is pin 21 ???

Anyone else seen this pic??
A friend of mine was babbeling about it..he couldnt remeber where hed seen it tho..

Anyone know where it's posted ?
( Pic of a celery CPU,with a red mark on the multi. lock..which apparently is pin 21 from top -> end )

All you had to do was to use some nail polisher,tape,etc.

Anyone tried it ??!?!

The multiplier lock is burned/fixed into the microscopic transistors embedded/etched
into the chip..

If you could change it, it would be with the type of equipment that Intel uses to
manufacture the chips in the first place...

Seems I have heard something about pin B121 on SLOT1 CPUs having something
to do with 100/66 FSB selection.... Not sure what the pin is on socket 370..
