The multiplier lock is burned/fixed into the microscopic transistors embedded/etched
into the chip..
If you could change it, it would be with the type of equipment that Intel uses to
manufacture the chips in the first place...
Seems I have heard something about pin B121 on SLOT1 CPUs having something
to do with 100/66 FSB selection.... Not sure what the pin is on socket 370..
