    restart, reboot prob

Has anyone experienced a prob w/ an atx case that would not restart or reboot. If I go to shutdown, restart, ok... it goes down, stays on but does not restart. This also happens after installing new software and opting to restart now to have new settings take effect. I must hold power button for 4 secs or pull PS cord to shut the sys off completely then power back up to get it going. According th the ASUS p2bf manual my pwr sw, and reset sw is connected properly and as a matter of fact I have the same board on another sys and i compared both. No probs there. I suspect that the MB may be faulty. It is new, never used. It could also be the reset sw is bad, I think. Not sure what to think. Any ideas here?

I would guess it is a bad switch.
