Case / Motherboad incompatibility??

I have a SuperMicro P6DBS motherboad and a generic MidTower case (don't know the exact manufacurer).

The Problem is that I can only use the top 5-1/4" bay. The RAM on the motherboard blocks the other two 5-1/4" bays.

My question is, is this problem unique to this particular case, or would all MidTowers have the same problem?

Probably just your specific case. I setup a case last weekend with a dual system and there was no problem.
