What's the make of your motherboard and what OS are you using ?

Have you tried the usual stuff like re installing the card & its drivers and/or getting a driver update ?

Have you tried moving the card to a different slot on the mobo ? Updated the drivers ? How old is the card ? Is it still under warranty ? Do you have a mate who could lend you another card to test in...
