Yes it is an on board sound card, so that must be the problem. I will try changing the cable that goes from my sound card to the speakers. Thanks for the help

There is a loud buzzing noise from the sound card when ever soume activity like reading from hard disk, moving mouse etc occurs. Can anyone tell how to get rid of this? thanks
