Been a while since I had a conflict like that so I hope I remember this right.
When you get the popup window there should be a place to click Advanced.(I think thats it)

Open your box & look on the card.
If you can find a fcc label you can find out who manufactured the card.

Your OPTI card is Not an opti 'cause they only manufacture the chip.
Check this page to id your card & get support.
Sorry i cant give you a quick fix but maybe this will help.
