Symptoms? bits per pixel? Refresh rate? VDO card? IE 4.0 is buggy but shouldn't cause that.

Well, you do need an ATX power supply.

I have run every single one of the Cel 300a SL32A's O/C>450 that I have installed at 2.0 volts. 81(+-2) degrees F. No extra fans required.
AGP speed: 100FSB divided by 2/3=66MHz

I highly recommend the Abit BH6, 5 PCI's.
The networking possibilities to be available this next year will require 2 PCI's for your ethernet adaptors.
