did u dislodge the ram when installing the card?

check all ram modules (swap them over etc..)and other cards are seated properly.

other than that, try the creative website - as I used there...

You could let us know in which other places you are getting the ! marks. And what exactly were you trying to remedy?
It sounds like the devices are conflicting, which usually means they are trying...
