It works really good. You would have a hard time telling the diferance fron a SB Live. It has two seperate stereo jack (front right/left and rear right/left) and support A3D.

SB pci128 does not support DOS games. It sucks,but DOS games are just becoming obsolete and are not being supported by the newer hardware.
